Partner Profile: Chann Spellman

Partner Chann Spellman is not only the mother of two members of CSVP Teens, she and her mother shared their experience with their family foundation at a CSVP/Ohio Grantmakers Forum Family Foundation luncheon in April 2010. Did we mention she joined CSVP in 2006 with her brother-in-law to learn about CSVP’s model of engaged philanthropy?

Since then, Chann has jumped into CSVP in many ways, participating on the Investment Team in 2007 and 2008, hosting the 2008 CSVP Holiday Party, and joining the board of directors of investee Progressive Arts Alliance. Despite her busy family life and work towards a graduate degree in library science, as well as her other community volunteer work, Chann’s energy and enthusiasm have been a valuable asset to CSVP’s partnership.

Chann, her husband Ed, and their three children live in Lakewood.
