An association of more than 450 U.S. and Latin American grantmakers and nonprofit leaders committed to increasing philanthropic support of Latino communities and to promoting greater participation by Latinos within organized philanthropy. HIP seeks to increase Latino representation on foundation staff and boards, promotes efforts to
